IN PHOTOS: Today, the Department of Labor and Employment IV-A Batangas Provincial Office and the Batangas Provincial Federation of PESO Managers, Inc. held their 1st Quarter PESO Meeting at the 3rd Floor, DOLE BPO, The Olan Place, Marawoy, Lipa City, Batangas.
Public Employment Service Office and Job Placement Office managers and staff from various municipalities, cities, and higher educational institutions gathered to learn about labor regulations and programs such as the General Labor Standards, Department Order No. 174 series of 2017, DOLE Integrated Livelihood and Emergency Employment Programs, Government Internship Program, and the Department Order No. 216 and 217 series of 2020 tacked by Ms. Ann Jelyn Natividad, Ms. Salvacion Kalalo, and Ms. April Magpantay.
In her message, DOLE Batangas Director Predelma Tan recognized the efforts and contributions of the PESOs and JPOs in upholding the mandate of the Department in bridging decent jobs for every Filipino.
Meanwhile, during the meeting, DOLE also recognized the high-performing PESOs and JPOs for the year 2025.
The said activity culminated the program implementation for the previous year and the strategic planning for the 2026 projects and targets.
