City Agriculture Office - San Jose City, Nueva Ecija City Agriculture Office-City of San Jose's page was made to update our San Josenians especially the farmers about new technologies and programs of DA.

Vision
San Jose City by the year 2020, as the center of progressive agro-trade and industry in the northern part of Nueva Ecija through adoption of appropriate agricultural science and technology and strong support from the government and the private sector and the City Agriculture as a partner of farmers towards agricultural development, global competitiveness and people empowerment. Objectives
T

o increase farm income and productivity thru the promotion of improved crop production technology with technical assistance and supervision to clients
To package recommended crop production, postharvest and marketing technologies suited to the different agro-climatic zones and needs of the locality;
To ensure timely delivery and steady supply of quality seeds, planting materials and other agricultural/fishery inputs for distribution. To prevent and/ or control the spread of plant pests and diseases and protect the health and safety of the populace. To improve and protect soil and water resources and sustain its productivity through the use of recommended conservation measures. To assist farmerโ€™s production endeavor through linkaging with financial and marketing institutions. To strengthen farm family organization through provision of technical assistance that will serve as channel for developing leadership and cooperation in community development. To provide personnel with upgraded farm system and other crop production technologies to increase productivity of the area and the technical, leadership and management skills for better client relations and servicing.

Following the directive of the National Government and the implementation of Memorandum Circular No. 126, the following arrangements shall be observed in San Jose City on August 14, 2026:

โ€ข Face-to-face classes at all levels in both public and private schools shall shift to Alternative Learning Modes (ALMs).
โ€ข Work in San Jose City Government offices shall be ๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐—น ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฎ:๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ ๐—ฃ๐—  only.
โ€ข Government agencies providing basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital public services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.
โ€ข All scheduled city activities and events for today shall proceed as planned, unless otherwise announced.

Demo Field Tour at Fish and Pay Bumida!

Tampok nitong Miyerkules (Agosto 12) ang Demo Gulayan Field Tour na kung saan ay ibinida ng tanggapan ang ibaโ€™t ibang programa gaya ng Demo Gulayan na pinangunahan ng East West Seed Company Inc.,Mushroom Production at Hydroponics.

Magiliw na naglibot at masayang umani ng mga gulay, mushroom at lettuce ang mga magsasaka at mga mag-aaral na nasa ikatlong baitang ng Malasin Elementary School.

Bukod dito ay naging highlight din ang kauna-unahang Fish and Pay ng tanggapan na kung saan ay nagpaligsahan ang mga kalahok mula sa lungsod sa pamimingwit ng mga isda gaya ng Giant Gurami, Tilapia at Hito.
