The 2026 College of Agribusiness and Community Development ๐“๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐  ๐„๐ฑ๐œ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐๐ž๐ž is ๐‘ด๐’“. ๐‘ฑ๐’–๐’‚๐’ ๐‘ท๐’‚๐’–๐’๐’ ๐‘น. ๐‘จ๐’„๐’๐’‘๐’Š๐’, LPT, RAgr, MSc.

Sir Pau is a licensed professional teacher and registered agriculturist. He has professional experience in agricultural extension, having previously worked as technical staff with the Department of Agricultureโ€“Agricultural Training Institute Regional Training Center V. His work has involved agricultural training, organic and urban agriculture, youth and farmer development, teaching, research mentoring, and community extension. He is a co-author of the 2026 Natural Hazards Research article When Artificial Intelligence Meets Cultural Knowledge: Forecasting Storm Surge Risks, Predicting Disaster Preparedness, and Building Resilient Coastal Communities in the Philippines.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has updated its Flexible Work Arrangement policy, providing clearer guidelines for the government's four-day compressed workweek.

The revisions offer agencies more scheduling flexibility to support employee well-being and office efficiency, without compromising continuous public service.

The resolution takes effect retroactively from 6 March 2026, aligning it with Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 114 to ensure administrative consistency.
