Isang ligtas na umaga sa ating lahat, isang kaunting kaalaman para sa ating lahat patungkol sa napapanahong sakit ngayong tag ulan na "DENGUE".

The Management decisions depends on the clinical
manifestations and other circumstances, patients.

GROUP B – Patients who should be referred for inhospital management

These include patients with any of the following features:

• Warning signs
• Co-existing conditions that may make dengue or its
management more complicated, such as pregnancy,
infancy and old age, obesity, diabetes mellitus, renal
failure, chronic hemolytic diseases, etc.
• Social circumstances such as living alone or living
far from health facility or without a reliable means of
transport.

Advice for
• Adequate bed rest
• Adequate fluid intake
•Paracetamol, 4 grams max
per day in adults and accordingly in children
Patients with stable Hematocrit can be sent home

P.S. Patients Were sent home with Instructions to come back for repeat CBC. And for repeat consult if Symptoms persist.

Under the leadership of SUPT JERLIN JERDEN S SALES, City Fire Director, with the supervision of INSP JENNIE ANN C PEÑAFIEL, Chief, EMS, Saturn 800 and duty EMS personnel responded to a vehicular accident along Santolan Road Brgy. Greenhills. Upon initial assessment by the EMS Team Leader, patient is coherent, multiple abrasion on right elbow, arm, right knee and right portion of the face are noted. EMS personnel administered first aid, took and monitored vital signs, cleaned and dressed the wound. The patient was advised to seek for medical advice but refused to be transported to the hospital.
