Who is eligible to be a scholar?
The program targets vulnerable students who meet the following criteria:
● Incoming fourth-year college student for SY 2026-2027.
● Must be from a vulnerable household or at risk of dropping out.
● Priority is given to families where no member has yet completed tertiary education.
● The student must be a resident of the selecting Barangay.
Slots are limited to FIVE students.
