๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐ ๐ฑ๐๐๐๐รฑ๐ ๐๐๐๐ celebrates exceptional young individuals and organizations whose excellence, leadership, talent, and service have made meaningful contributions to the Municipality of San Juan, Batangas.

All nominees must:
1. Must be a Filipino citizen.
2. Must be fifteen (15) to thirty (30) years old during the 2025โ2026 evaluation period. For organizational categories, the organization's members or officers must also be within the same prescribed age bracket.
3. Must be a bona fide resident of the Municipality of San Juan, Batangas and possess good moral character.
Achievements, accomplishments, programs, projects, awards, and supporting documents submitted for nomination must have been attained, implemented, or completed within the 2025โ2026 evaluation period, unless otherwise provided under the specific award category guidelines.
4. Must submit a complete nomination through the official Google Forms nomination system, together with all required documentary requirements.
5. Must submit documentary requirements that are subject to verification and validation by the Screening and Evaluation Committee.
6. Must present original or certified copies of supporting documents during the screening process when required.
7. Must undergo the screening process. Only qualified and shortlisted nominees shall proceed to the final evaluation, except for categories specifically exempted under these Guidelines.
8. Must accept that the decision of the Screening and Evaluation Committee on eligibility, validation, screening, and ranking shall be final.
