The Week 3 Early Registration at Calubcob I National High School was successfully conducted in an organized, learner-friendly, and efficient manner. The activity began with the thorough preparation of the school grounds and registration venues, ensuring a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for parents and learners. Teachers worked collaboratively to arrange enrollment stations, waiting areas, and materials to guarantee a smooth flow of the process.
Learners and parents were warmly received and guided throughout the registration, followed by systematic facilitation of enrollment forms, numeracy assessment, and literacy screening to help identify learners’ academic needs and ensure appropriate support and interventions. The activity concluded with proper submission of documents and documentation of the day’s successful conduct.
The Early Registration was further strengthened by the visit of the Division Office Monitoring Team, headed by Atty. Karen Salimo and assisted by Dr. Ellienor D. Peña, who observed the entire process and reviewed the prepared Means of Verification. The monitoring results were positive, commending the school for its preparedness, systematic setup, and commitment to inclusive and orderly enrollment.
Overall, Week 3 concluded with a total of 27 walk-in registrants (15 males and 12 females) and 4 online enrollees. With the combined efforts of teachers, parents, and stakeholders, the activity was marked by cooperation, efficiency, and dedication—reflecting the school’s continued commitment to reaching and supporting every learner in preparation for the incoming school year.
