The Batangas Association of Market Administrators and Meat Inspectors successfully conducted its Quarterly Meeting on August 13, 2026, at the Palazio De Laiya Resort Hotel in San Juan, Batangas.
Hosted by the Local Government Unit of San Juan, the event was graced by Municipal Administrator Atty. Hernando Sevilla, who delivered an inspiring message to the guests and participants.
The gathering was initiated by the Provincial Veterinary Office, headed by Dr. Rommel Marasigan, alongside his dedicated staff who have steadfastly supported the association since day one.
Special recognition is also extended to the hardworking EEMO staff, whose invaluable efforts and assistance contributed significantly to the activity's overall success.
Bringing together Market administrators, Meat inspectors, and LGU representatives, the event addressed pressing issues in market administration, meat safety, animal health, and regulatory compliance.
During the assembly, an election of officers among the market administrators took place to lead the association's upcoming initiatives.
Participants were oriented on the Livestock and Poultry Administrative Data (LaPAD) Reporting System by PSA’s Ms. Divina Gracia U. Fortus, during which tablets were distributed for LaPAD encoders to facilitate more efficient and timely slaughter data.
San Juan Market Supervisor, Dr. Rosella E. Llaga presented the PALENG-CLICK initiative, demonstrating how digital payment mechanisms modernize stall fee collections and enhance transparency.
Representatives from the National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS), led by Dr. Eduardo R. Oblena, clarified meat inspection enforcement guidelines under Administrative Order No. 6. Dr. Krisel Ann M. Ragas of the Provincial Veterinary Office introduced the BaRaCo reporting system to reinforce animal movement tracking for early disease detection.
Furthermore, Dr. Avon Pearl B. Chavez and Ms. Arlene C. Musne shared critical assessment reports on meat markets and slaughterhouses, identifying key areas for sanitation and facility improvement. Ultimately, the successful meeting bolstered inter-agency coordination, empowered local officials with practical innovations, and reaffirmed a shared commitment to delivering safe, efficient public services.

Pagkilala at Pasasalamat sa EEMO ( Market and Slaughterhouse) San Juan, Batangas.

Sa ating paggunita sa Mahal na Araw, nais naming ipaabot ang aming taos-pusong pasasalamat at pagpapahalaga sa mga masisipag na kawani ng Economic Enterprise and Management Office (EEMO) ng San Juan, Batangas.

Sa gitna ng kabanalan ng panahong ito, hindi matatawaran ang inyong katapatan sa paglilingkod sa bayan. Maraming salamat sa pagtitiyak na ang ating pamilihang bayan at slaughterhouse ay nananatiling malinis at maayos. Dahil sa inyo, naging patuloy ang takbo ng operasyon at napanatili ang kapayapaan, kaligtasan, at seguridad para sa lahat ng mga manininda at mamimili.

Hindi nakakalampas sa aming paningin ang inyong pagpapagal sa likod ng mga eksena. Dahil sa inyong pagsisikap, ang ating komunidad ay nakapagnilay sa Mahal na Araw nang may kaginhawaan, dangal, at payapang isipan. Ipinamalas ninyo na ang tunay na serbisyo publiko ay higit pa sa tungkulin—ito ay nag-uugat sa malasakit, disiplina, at tunay na pagmamahal sa kapakanan ng kapwa.

Sa mga sandaling ang marami ay piniling mamahinga, pinili ninyong maglingkod. Ang inyong dedikasyon ay salamin ng tunay na diwa ng sakripisyo at bayanihan, na siyang mga pagpapahalagang binibigyang-pugay natin sa sagradong panahong ito.

Ang lahat ng transaksyong pinansyal ay dapat gawin sa loob lamang ng aming tanggapan o sa mga otorisadong payment centers/channels.

Ito ay upang matiyak ang seguridad ng inyong pera at upang agarang matanggap ang resibo pagkatapos ng pagbabayad.
