โข Manage and supervise daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
โข Lead, motivate, and evaluate branch staff to meet operational and performance targets.
โข Monitor branch productivity, and key performance indicators.
โข Ensure excellent customer service and professionally handle escalated concerns.
โข Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
โข Prepare and submit accurate reports on branch operations, performance, and inventory.
โข Oversee cash handling, inventory control, and proper documentation.
โข Identify operational risks and opportunities for process and business improvement.
โข Coordinate with the head office and other departments to ensure smooth branch operations
