𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗹 𝟮 𝗣𝗣𝗢 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝗹𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗙𝗣-𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗼.

Personnel and selected clients of Rizal Parole and Probation Office No. 2 (RPPO No. 2) participated in the Fire Olympics conducted by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) – San Mateo Fire Station on March 28, 2026, in line with the observance of Fire Prevention Month.

The whole day activity gathered fourteen (14) teams from various barangays, government agencies, and private organizations in San Mateo, Rizal, competing in four events aimed at promoting fire safety awareness, teamwork, and emergency preparedness. The RPPO No. 2 delegation, composed of personnel and clients under community-based supervision, actively joined the event and demonstrated cooperation and enthusiasm throughout the activities.
Their participation strengthened community engagement, promoted discipline and teamwork among clients, and enhanced awareness of disaster preparedness.
Moreover, involvement in activities such as the Fire Olympics contributes to building a positive public image of Rizal Parole and Probation Office No. 2, while also helping increase public awareness and understanding of the agency’s mandate and role in community-based rehabilitation and public safety.

The 𝓓𝓞𝓙 𝓡𝓲𝔃𝓪𝓵 𝓟𝓪𝓻𝓸𝓵𝓮 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓟𝓻𝓸𝓫𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷 𝓞𝓯𝓯𝓲𝓬𝓮 𝓝𝓸. 2 proudly conducted a series of meaningful activities in line with 𝓝𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓪𝓵 𝓦𝓸𝓶𝓮𝓷’𝓼 𝓜𝓸𝓷𝓽𝓱, 𝕱𝖎𝖗𝖊 𝕻𝖗𝖊𝖛𝖊𝖓𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓 𝕸𝖔𝖓𝖙𝖍, and our continuing commitment to community education and service.

We honored the women of Rizal 2 PPO—our clients, Volunteer Probation Assistants (VPAs), OJTs, and personnel—through a simple gift-giving activity as a gesture of appreciation for their strength, dedication, and invaluable role in our community.
A 𝓼𝔂𝓶𝓹𝓸𝓼𝓲𝓾𝓶 𝓸𝓷 𝓖𝓮𝓷𝓭𝓮𝓻 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓓𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓵𝓸𝓹𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽 (𝓖𝓐𝓓) related laws, highlighted by an informative audio-visual presentation, further strengthened awareness on women’s rights and gender equality.

In observance of 𝓕𝓲𝓻𝓮 𝓟𝓻𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷 𝓜𝓸𝓷𝓽𝓱, the Bureau of Fire Protection – San Mateo conducted an insightful lecture on fire prevention, equipping participants with practical knowledge on safety and emergency preparedness.

Participants also attended a 𝓢𝓮𝓶𝓲𝓷𝓪𝓻 𝓸𝓷 𝓒𝓵𝓲𝓶𝓪𝓽𝓮 𝓒𝓱𝓪𝓷𝓰𝓮 led by Commissioner Albert Dela Cruz, represented by MGen. Modesto C. Buendia, National Commander of the Climate Change Task Force. emphasizing environmental awareness and the importance of collective action in protecting our planet.

Adding warmth to the day, Volunteer Probation Assistants of San Mateo, Rizal and the Fraternal Order of Eagles generously sponsored and distributed free meals to participants, embodying the spirit of service and community partnership. Through these activities, Rizal 2 PPO continues to strengthen its mission of rehabilitation, empowerment, and community collaboration—building a safer, more informed, and compassionate society.

The Rizal 2 Parole and Probation Office is adopting the 4-Day On-site Work Week pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114 by the Office of the President, series of 2026, and in consonance with the DOJ-PPA Memorandum Circular No. 05, s. 2026, and in relation to Regional Office Unnumbered Memorandum dated March 11, 2026.

Accordingly, we will be imposing the Temporary Operating Hours.
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Friday: No Office Transaction and Non-Working Day
