Pandi, Bulacanโ€” In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70 (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of Bulacan 2nd PMFC (lead unit) successfully executed an intelligence-driven operation on August 30, 2026. The targeted operation yielded significant gains for regional peace initiatives, facilitated the Mass Withdrawal Support of the 21 former members (All Non-PSR Listed) of Kalipunan ng Damayang Mahihirap (KADAMAY).

Under the decisive leadership of PBGEN JESS B MENDEZ, Regional Director, PRO 3, and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 TWG, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum.

This success highlights the effective collaboration within the Joint Regional Task Force 3 (JRTF3) and the unwavering commitment of our police force to encourage rebels to return to the fold of the law.

BABY, ISINILANG SA LOOB NG PATROL CAR


MEYCAUAYAN CITY, Bulacan โ€” Sa gitna ng pagbaha dulot ng Habagat, isang buntis ang ligtas na nakapagsilang sa loob mismo ng police patrol car habang siya ay dinadala ng mga pulis sa ospital.

Nagsasagawa ng flood monitoring at traffic assistance ang mga tauhan ng Meycauayan City Police Station nang humingi ng tulong ang babae. Dahil mahirap makakuha ng masasakyan bunsod ng baha, agad siyang isinakay kasama ang kanyang asawa sa police service vehicle.

Habang nasa biyahe, tuluyan nang nanganak ang babae kaya agad umalalay ang mga pulis hanggang sa ligtas na maisilang ang sanggol. Kalaunan ay naihatid din ang mag-ina sa ospital para sa kaukulang medical care.

Ligtas at stable ang mag-ina, ayon sa PNP.

Pinuri ni PNP Chief PGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr. ang mabilis na pagresponde ng mga pulis. Sa Central Luzon, patuloy naman ang direktiba ni PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN Jess B. Mendez na manatiling handa at maagap ang kapulisan sa pagtulong sa mga komunidad na apektado ng baha at masamang panahon.

OTHER WANTED PERSON FOR ESTAFA

SAN MIGUEL, BULACAN โ€“ The San Miguel Municipal Police Station, in coordination with the Regional Intelligence Unit 3, Bulacan West Provincial Intelligence Team , successfully arrested other Wanted Person in Brgy. Sta. Rita Matanda, San Miguel, Bulacan, on August 29, 2026.

The operation was conducted at about 3:20 PM by warrant personnel of San Miguel MPS, led by PMAJ RODERICK DELA CRUZ, Deputy Chief of Police, together with personnel of RIU3-Bulacan West PIT.

Arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Estafa under Article 315 (2)(a) of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Section 85 of Republic Act No. 10951. The warrant was issued by Hon. Alice Castaรฑeda Gutierrez, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 193, Marikina City, dated February 26, 2024, with recommended bail set at โ‚ฑ30,000.00.

The warrant of arrest was received by San Miguel MPS through the Enhanced E-Warrant System, which facilitated the timely verification and implementation of the warrant against the accused.

The San Miguel MPS remains steadfast in its commitment to uphold the rule of law and ensure that individuals facing criminal charges are brought before the proper judicial authorities.
