These proactive efforts focus on monitoring flood-prone areas, national and local roads, and bridges to ensure public safety and maintain immediate readiness for any fire, flood, or other emergency incidents.

The activity was spearheaded by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) under the leadership of MGLOO Jaqueline Calimlim, in collaboration with the San Narciso DepEd District, Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), and other partner agencies.

The activity forms part of the continuing efforts to strengthen preparedness, coordination, and response capabilities in addressing various types of disasters and emergencies that may affect schools and the school community.
