In celebration of World Environment Month, a Tree Planting Activity was conducted on June 5, at Camp 4, Malico, San Nicolas, followed by a Clean-Up Drive on June 6, at Sitio Ubbog San Roque, San Nicolas, demonstrating our collective commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable community action. Said activities were spearheaded by the Committee Chair on Environment, Tourism and Culturec Hon. Jairus Thom D. Dulay, with the joint effort and active participation of LGU Officials and Employees, PNP, BFP, Barangay and SK Officials, and Volunteers.
These activities served as a reminder that protecting our environment requires both planting seeds for the future and taking responsibility for the world we live in today. Through unity, volunteerism, and shared purpose, we can create cleaner, greener, and more resilient communities for generations to come.
Together, let us continue to nurture nature and inspire positive change—because every tree planted and every piece of litter collected brings us one step closer to a healthier planet.
