For Biรฑan, Laguna office
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced Maintenance Technician
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Completed vocational training in HVAC, building maintenance technology, electrical system and other related field in facilities maintenance
- Preferably with TESDA NC II on building care and maintenance or electrical courses
- Good physical condition and strength, manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
โช FORKLIFT OPERATOR
(7) For Laguna, (1) For Batangas Warehouses
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school or vocational course diploma
- Valid LTO Professional Driver's License and NC II - HEO (Forklift) issued by TESDA
- Experienced in operating Reach trucks or counter-balance forklift machine
- With knowledge in warehouse operations
- Physically fit, with good hand-eye coordination, balance and the ability to lift heavy loads
- With a high degree of attention to prevent injury to others and promote safe work environment
- Can follow precise instructions for operating equipment, handling goods and keeping records
- Can communicate well and a team player
โช LOGISTICS ASSISTANT
(1) For Laguna & Batangas Warehouses
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Customs Administration, IT or any four-year business course
- Proficient in MS Office applications and logistics software
- Has good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Customer service-oriented and a team player
- College level with experience in warehousing or material management may be considered
- Experience in supply chain or logistics industries
- Knowledge in Forklift operation

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year business course or completed 2-year technical course in Office Administration or IT

- Preferably experienced in material management and control or import/export operations

- Capable in working unsupervised in fast-phased environment.

- Bachelor's degree preferably in fields such as supply chain management, business, IT or industrial engineering

- Preferably with knowledge and experience in operating advanced - Warehouse Management System and handling import/export deliveries inside PEZA
- Must have excellent skills on Supervision, Safety Management, Data Entry Management, Cost Management, Customer Service, Compliance, Time Management, Equipment Maintenance and Organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has the ability to meet demands on short deadlines and to motivate and manage various individuals to work together and achieve set goals and objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Customs Administration, IT or any four-year business course;
- Experienced in leading a group or team for a supply-chain. warehousing or distribution company
- Familiar in PEZA/BOC rules governing the handling of goods for import/export delivery
- Proficient in MS Office application and logistics software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- With high sense of customer service, leadership and improvement drive
- Knowledgeable of ISO 9001:2015 QMS documentation and implementation and warehouse safety.
