ePhilID contains a QR code that serves as its security feature. Inside this is the unique digital signature (demographic details and embedded photo) of each registered person that can be verified using PhilSys Check in transactions. Access PhilSys Check on verify. Physics. gov ph.

Maaaring gamitin ang ePhilID sa mga transaksyon sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
Kabilang dito ang:
■ Pagkuha ng assistance ng beneficiaries ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) at Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS)
■ Pagkuha at renewal ng passport
■ Mga transaksyon sa bangko at non-bank financial institutions.

Para sa mga nakatanggap ng text message mula sa PSA sa pag-download ng ePhilID, sundan lamang ang mga hakbang na ito:

1. Sa ipinadalang text message ng PSA, i-click ang link para ma-access ang downloading website
2. I-enter ang transaction reference number (TRN) na makikita sa transaction slip na ibinigay matapos ang Step 2 registration.
3. Ilagay ang demographic information at mag-request ng one-time password (OTP).
4. I-enter ang OTP at i-download ang ePhilID. Hintayin din ang password na ipapadala ng PSA.
5. I-access ang ePhilID gamit ang password na ibinigay ng PSA.

Ang ePhilID ay password-protected at isang beses lang maaaring i-download. Ingatan ang password na ibinigay ng PSA para patuloy na ma-access ang iyong ePhilID.

Ang PhilID at ePhilID ay magagamit bilang sapat na patunay ng pagkakakilanlan at edad sa mga transaksyon sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan at private establishments.

Ayon kay Juramae Mendez, maire-rekomenda niya ang pagkuha ng printed ePhilID dahil magagamit na ito sa iba’t-ibang transaksyon. Aniya, nagamit niya ito bilang valid ID sa pagbubukas ng transaction account sa bangko.
Magtungo sa https://appt.philsys.gov.ph upang i-check kung maaari nang makuha ang iyong printed ePhilID.
