HOW: Please be informed that on the above-mentioned FTOs PCMS MONTINOLA together with PSMS ILAO , led the conduct of Pugay Bathala for the Police Trainees undergoing the Field Training Program (FTP) at CATHEDRAL OF SAINT PAUL THE FIRST HERMIT SAN PABLO CITY LAGUNA . The activity was conducted to strengthen the spiritual well-being and moral foundation of the police trainees through prayer and reflection. It provided an opportunity for the trainees to express gratitude, seek God's guidance, and pray for wisdom, protection, and strength as they continue their field training. The observance of Pugay Bathala reinforces the core values of faith, integrity, discipline, humility, and service, which are essential to the development of competent, ethical, and service-oriented police officers.

The NAPNCOs of San Pablo CCPS joined and actively participated in a Zumba session in Sampaloc Lake Boardwalk, San Pablo City, Laguna. The Activity aimed to promote Physical fitness, strengthen police-community partnerships, and encourage a healthy and active lifestyle. Through initiatives like this, the police continue to foster camaraderie, trust, and cooperation with the public.

WEEKLY SATURDAY RANK INSPECTION

At about 8:40 AM of July 18, 2026, under the supervision of PLTCOL MEDERICK M VILLARETE , Chief of Police (COP), with PCMS Henry Montinola serving as the Duty Field Training Officer (FTO) of San Pablo Component City Police Station, the Field Training Program (FTP) trainees participated in the conduct of the Saturday Rank Inspection at the . Azucena Street. brgy. IV(Pob) San Pablo City, Laguna. The inspection was conducted to assess the trainees' compliance with prescribed standards on proper uniform, grooming, bearing, and equipment; reinforce discipline and professionalism; and ensure their readiness for the effective performance of police duties.
