πŸ“ŒπŽππ“πˆπŒπ”πŒ π’πŽπ”π‘π‚π„ πˆππ‚. are currently looking for PCB Designer and Validation Technician to join our team!You will design high-quality, manufacturable printed circuit boards (PCBs) and ensure their functionality, reliability, and adherence to specifications through rigorous validation processes within the Board Validation Department.

β–ͺ PCB Designer & Validation Technician
Preferred Qualification:
- GWA of at least 1.70 or better
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology Major in either Industrial Technology/Engineering Technology
- Excellent academic record
- Detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Design printed circuit boards (PCBs) using industry-standard CAD software (e.g., PADS, Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro) in accordance with schematic diagrams, component datasheets, and design specifications
- Develop and maintain PCB libraries, including accurate component footprints and schematic symbols; prepare complete manufacturing documentation such as Ge**er files, drill files, and assembly drawings
- Collaborate closely with engineers and fellow designers to ensure proper circuit functionality and signal integrity
- Support the Board Validation Department by performing signal integrity analysis, simulations, and functional testing of assembled PCBs using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and automated test equipment (ATE).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot board-level failures, identifying root causes related to design flaws, component issues, or manufacturing defects
- Document all design revisions, validation outcomes, troubleshooting processes, and corrective actions in a clear and systematic manner
- Adhere to ESD protocols and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of test equipment used within the Board Validation Department.

β–ͺ AREA SUPERVISOR (Batangas)
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer, Registered Master Electrician, and/or Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
- With at least 3 years of working experience in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering field
- Must be knowledgeable in Genset, ACU, and Electrical maintenance and repair works.
- Driving skills and a license is a plus.
- Must be willing to do office and field works when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess bachelor's degree
- Preferably with at least 6 months of work related experience 8
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office
- Has a good communication skills

β–ͺ PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (Batangas)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Electrical and Mechanical Engineer with license
- Fresh graduate is encurage to apply
- With one (1) year above experience on a supervisory is a plus

β–ͺ ROVING CARETAKER (Batangas & Laguna)
Qualifications:
- Preferably graduate with vocational course, automotive mechanic
- At least one (1) year in related field
- With driving skills and has a drivers license

β–ͺ TECHNICIAN (Batangas, Cavite, Albay, Laguna, Romblon, & Palawan)
Qualifications:
- Preferably NCII Holder
- Knowledge on operating, repair, and maintenance of Gensets and/or Airconditioning unit
- At least one (1) year of work experience with same capacity or background
- Amenable to do field works
- With driver's license (2/4 wheels) is a plus
