An inspiring and empowering day unfolded at San Pascual Senior High School 2 as we celebrated Womenโ€™s Month 2026 last March 25, 2026 through a meaningful activity focused on educating and uplifting young women. ๐ŸŒธ

Through engaging discussions on womenโ€™s rights, self-worth, reproductive health, and personal hygiene, participants were encouraged to embrace who they are, find their voice, and make informed choices for their future. From interactive sessions to powerful messages of confidence and self-respect, the event truly reminded everyone that empowerment begins within.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our distinguished speakers, Hon. Rhainne Cshyra M. Dimatatac and Ms. Rowena P. Manalo, for sharing their knowledge and insights on health awareness, responsible decision-making, and the importance of valuing oneself.

A special message from Ms. Rodelyn Bolo inspired participants to stay grounded in faith, reminding them that true strength comes from a deep connection with God. Meanwhile, Ms. Cheene Rose D. Abacan encouraged everyone to carry forward what theyโ€™ve learnedโ€”because empowerment starts with self-awareness, grows through knowledge, and is sustained by courage and discipline.

๐ŸŒท๐Ÿ’œ HAPPY WOMENโ€™S MONTH! ๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŒท

The Local Youth Development Section of San Pascual, Batangas proudly celebrates the remarkable women of our community โ€” mothers, daughters, leaders, professionals, volunteers, and change-makers who continue to inspire the next generation.

This month, we honor not only achievements, but also resilience, compassion, leadership, and faith. Women are pillars of strength in our homes, schools, workplaces, farms, and public service, shaping a brighter and more inclusive future for our youth.

โ€œShe is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.โ€
Proverbs 31:25โ€“26

May this powerful reminder encourage every young woman to walk confidently in her purpose, speak with wisdom, and lead with integrity. And may our young men continue to uplift, respect, and stand alongside empowered women in building a progressive San Pascual.

Let us celebrate womanhood. Let us celebrate strength. Let us celebrate HER. ๐Ÿ’

๐Ÿ“– National Bible Month

โ€œKeep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.โ€
Joshua 1:8 (NIV)

In a time filled with pressure, uncertainty, and countless voices telling you who to be, Godโ€™s Word remains a steady guide. The Bible teaches us that the secret to a prosperous and successful life is found in reading the Word of God, reflecting on it daily, and faithfully following what it teaches.

As we celebrate National Bible Month, we encourage every young person to take time to open the Scriptures, not just to read, but to understand, live, and apply Godโ€™s Word in everyday life. When we allow the Word of God to shape our thoughts, decisions, and actions, we grow in wisdom, strength, and purpose.

May this month inspire all youth to read the Word, live the Word, and share the Word, becoming instruments of hope, faith, and positive change in our communities. ๐Ÿ™โœจ

Stop saying, โ€œGod has a plan for why this happenedโ€ or โ€œGod has a purpose in everythingโ€ to someone grieving, anxious, or carrying deep trauma.

These words can confuse more than comfort.
Instead, remind them:
๐Ÿ’™ God is with you, even in this pain.
๐Ÿ’™ He doesnโ€™t ignore your suffering; He walks with you through it.

Even in the darkest moments, Godโ€™s presence can bring comfort, hope, and strength to keep moving forward.

Lord, we lift up Davao, shaken by the recent earthquake, and we remember Cebu and Baguio, who have also felt tremors in the past days.

We pray for Your comfort to embrace every heart still trembling in fear.

Father, have mercy on our land. Protect the Philippines from further earthquakes, typhoons, and all natural calamities. Calm the winds and waves, steady the ground beneath our feet, and shield every home and family under Your care.

Grant us peace of mind, strength of body, and steadfast faith in You. Heal our nation, emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

In Jesusโ€™ name,
Amen.

Let us continue to pray for the Philippines. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

DID YOU KNOW? | Mental illness is not a weakness. ๐Ÿ’š Itโ€™s a real health condition, just like diabetes, asthma, or any other physical illness that requires care and support.

Too often, people hesitate to talk about their mental health because of stigma, fear of judgment, or misunderstanding. But seeking help, checking in on friends and loved ones, and offering support without judgment are essential steps toward well-being. Mental health challenges are common, and early support can make a huge difference in someoneโ€™s life. ๐ŸŒฑ

In celebration of World Mental Health Day and World Mental Health Month, Mental Health Youth Hub PH is sharing this and more insights through our โ€œDid You Know?โ€ series for October! ๐Ÿง โœจ

Through this series, weโ€™ll share important facts, practical tips, and guidance to help you:
๐ŸŒฑ Understand that mental health is just as important as physical health
๐ŸŒฑ Break the stigma around seeking help
๐ŸŒฑ Support friends, family, and peers on their mental health journey

And remember: If you or someone you know needs support, here are some available mental health services:

๐Ÿ“ž Hopeline PH: 0917-558-4673 / (02) 8804-4673 | ๐Ÿ“ง [email protected]

๐Ÿ“ž NCMH Crisis Hotline: 1553 (landline) / 0966-351-4518 | ๐Ÿ“ง [email protected]

๐Ÿ“ž DOH Mental Health Crisis Line: 1800-1888-1553 (toll-free) | ๐Ÿ“ง [email protected]

๐ŸŒ Letโ€™s normalize seeking help, break the stigma, and remember: mental health is health. ๐Ÿ’š
