🌱 Institutionalizing the Halina’t Magtanim ng Prutas at Gulay (HAPAG) sa Barangay Program in San Pedro to promote sustainable food production, food security, and nutrition.

🐾 Establishing a Veterinary Spay and Neuter Incentive Program for indigent residents, with tax incentives for participating veterinary clinics.
