Taos-pusong nakikiramay ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) City of San Pedro sa pamilya, mga mahal sa buhay, at buong pamunuan ng Barangay Cuyab sa pagpanaw ni Punong Barangay Mario B. Pastidio.

Kinilala si Punong Barangay Pastidio sa kanyang tapat na paglilingkod at dedikasyon sa pagpapaunlad ng kanyang komunidad. Ang kanyang mga naiambag sa barangay at sa kapakanan ng kanyang mga nasasakupan ay mananatiling inspirasyon sa patuloy na pagsusulong ng mabuting pamamahala at serbisyong publiko.

Sa panahong ito ng pagdadalamhati, ipagdasal natin ang kapayapaan ng kanyang kaluluwa at ang lakas at pag-asa para sa kanyang naiwang pamilya at mga mahal sa buhay.

Sa pagtutulungan ng City Anti Drug Abuse Council (CADAC), PNP San Pedro, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) at Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), pormal nang inilunsad kanina, ika-23 ng Hunyo, 2026 ang United Network Alliance of Riders in Drug Enforcement (UNA-RIDE) sa Lungsod ng San Pedro.

Ang UNA-RIDE ay isang inobasyon mula sa "Kapehan sa San Pedro Laban sa Ilegal na Droga," isang platapormang naglalayong palakasin ang ugnayan ng pamahalaan at iba't ibang sektor at isa sa mga layunin nito ay tipunin ang mga riders at courier service providers sa lungsod upang maging katuwang sa pagsugpo sa paglaganap ng ilegal na droga. Sa pamamagitan ng kanilang malawak na presensya sa mga komunidad, inaasahang magsisilbi silang mga tagapagtaguyod ng kamalayan, pagbabantay, at responsableng pakikilahok sa mga programang naglalayong mapanatili ang isang ligtas, mapayapa, at drug-free ang ating lungsod.
