Nangyayari po talaga ito—𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙮 𝙛𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜.

Vaccine = Instant Immunity— 𝗲𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶.

• 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 against parvovirus is only achieved after 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 (around 𝟭𝟲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱).
• Below 16 weeks, 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 lang po ang meron.

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗯𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘁?
I-imagine natin ang "young" immune system ng puppy as a 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹.
Each vaccine is a "lesson".

• 𝗜𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 (public parks, sidewalks, stray dogs)
• 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 with unvaccinated or sick animals
• 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲 at home

Kasi vulnerable padin sila at this stage.

MALIIT na damo, malaking bawas sa ani 😔

Diskartips:

✅ Bunutin agad ang damo at iwasang malaglag ang bunga nito sa lupa
✅ Panatilihing malinis ang kanal, kamang punlaan, at pilapil
✅ Panatilihin ang 2–3 cm na tubig sa loob ng 10 araw matapos magtanim upang pigilan ang pagtubo ng mga buto ng damo bago pa man mag-abot ang mga dahon ng palay.
✅ Gumamit ng combination herbicide para mas marami at iba't ibang damo ang masugpo

💧 Laging magbigay ng malinis na tubig.
🌳 Panatilihin sila sa malilim na lugar.
🐕 Mag-walkies lamang kung kailan hindi na masakit ang sikat ng araw.
🚗 HUWAG na HUWAG silang iiwan sa loob ng nakaparadang sasakyan.

Maging alerto rin sa mga senyales ng heatstroke gaya ng sobrang hingal at panghihina. Ingat tayo, mga fur-parents!

Reminders po para sa mga fur parent na nakapagpalista sa ating pre-registration ng kapon sa a*o at pusa:
1. Fasting ang a*o at pusa atleast 8-10 hours before the procedure
2. Siguraduhing nakalagay sa kulungan o nakatali
3. Magdala ng isang(1) BLADE at MANILA PAPER per pet
