The Sangguniang Kabataan of Caingin, San Rafael, Bulacan (SKCSRB) successfully conducted the distribution of educational assistance to the qualified scholars under Project Iskolunteer 2026.

To fully enjoy the benefits of the program and as part of the Return Service Agreement, all qualified scholars are hereby invited to attend the 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 2026 on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 16, 2025, at 1:00 𝗣𝗠 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗳𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 (𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀).

Last 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 16 , 2026, the youth leaders of Barangay Caingin gathered for second 𝑲𝑲 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓 2026 (1𝒔𝒕 𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓) 𝒂𝒕 𝑺𝒂𝒏 𝑹𝒂𝒇𝒂𝒆𝒍 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 (𝑴𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒔). Led by newly elected Chairperson Hon. Trixia SJ. Facto, LPT, the session featured active participation from Councilors Hon. Renzelle R. Canda, Hon. Carl Michael D.G. Morales, Hon. Shervin D. Bautista, Hon. Arjay R. Dael, Hon. Jasmine Galay as well as SK Treasurer Cherry Mae T. Gabriel and SK Secretary Angelica R. Viola—all coming together to shape the future of Caingin’s youth governance.

Makatutulong ito sa epektibong pamamahala ng Sanggunian, pagpapatibay ng demokratikong pamamahala sa Sanggunian, at empirikal na pagtataya sa totoong pangangailangan ng mga Kabataan.

As per Budget Resolution No. SKCSRB-004, Series of 2026 the Sangguniang Kabataan of Caingin successfully submitted its Supplemental Budget for Fiscal Year 2026 amounting to Php 763,796.80
The said budget plan is based on the Approved Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP) for CY 2026 approved as per Resolution No. SKCSRB-B002 Series of 2025. It is pending deliberation of the Committee on Appropriations of the Sangguniang Bayan.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Caingin announces the conduct of 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙆𝙆𝙆 or 𝙆𝙬𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙪𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙆𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙖 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙆𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙥𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙣 𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙮 2026 with the theme "𝙎𝙖𝙢𝙖-𝙎𝙖𝙢𝙖, 𝙆𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙜-𝙆𝙖𝙮𝙖: 𝙆𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙥𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙣 𝙨𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙩𝙖𝙣!".

Inaanyayahan ang mga rehistradong botante ng Caingin, San Rafael, Bulacan; edad labinlima (15) hanggang tatlumpu (30) taon; at nanirahan sa ating barangay sa nakalipas na anim (6) na buwan upang dumalo sa nabanggit na pagtitipon.
Project K*K aims to achieve SKCSRB's mission to encourage, educate, engage, and empower its youth constituents to help in fulfilling their social responsibility of meaningfully participating in local governance and contribute to nation-building.
Layunin din ng KK Assembly na magbigay ng pagkakataon at espasyo upang makaisa ang kabataan sa paggogobyerno sa pamamagitan ng paglalahad ng kanilang opinyon at suhestiyon ukol sa mga programa at proyektong isasagawa ng Sanggunian. Makatutulong ito sa epektibong pamamahala ng Sanggunian, pagpapatibay ng demokratikong pamamahala sa Sanggunian, at empirikal na pagtataya sa totoong pangangailangan ng mga Kabataan.
Umaasa kami na makakaisa namin kayo sa pagbabalangkas at pagtupad sa ating mga pangarap para sa bayan at sa kabataan!

𝐅𝐋𝐀𝐆 𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐘

The 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻, 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗳𝗮𝗲𝗹, 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻 successfully conducted its 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 15, 2026, 𝗮𝘁 8:00 𝗔𝗠 at the Barangay Hall of Caingin.

The ceremony was attended by the 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻 headed by 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗚. 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗼, together with the Barangay Councilors, Sangguniang Kabataan ng Caingin led by 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗮 𝗦𝗝. 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼 and the SK Councilors, as well as our dedicated Lupong Lupon ng Nayon (LLN) members, Mother Leaders, Barangay Tanods, and community volunteers.

In accordance with the principles embodied in the 𝙁𝙡𝙖𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙘 𝘾𝙤𝙙𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 (𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝘼𝙘𝙩 𝙉𝙤. 8491), government offices conduct flag ceremonies as a symbol of patriotism, unity, discipline, and commitment to public service. The weekly gathering serves as an opportunity to reaffirm our love for our country, strengthen solidarity among public servants, and discuss programs and initiatives that will further improve the delivery of services to the community.

Through this meaningful activity, the officials and stakeholders of Barangay Caingin renewed their commitment to transparent, responsive, and people-centered governance. Together, we continue to work hand in hand in building a stronger, more united, and progressive Barangay Caingin for every resident.
