Notice for a Local Shipping Permit (LSP) may be availed for individuals or clients making a one-time shipment, including the transport of dogs, cats, and other commodities from Hagnaya Port in San Remigio to Santa Fe, Bantayan Island and Masbate vice versa.

All concerned applicants are advised to prepare the necessary requirements before applying for a Local Shipping Permit through the NVQSD-BAI online application system.

Application Procedure:

◾Visit the NVQSD-BAI online application website
◾Click the “How to Apply” tab.
Select the appropriate category:
◾Regular Shipper, or
One-Time Shipper

◾ Follow the step-by-step instructions and submit the required information and documents.

Check the application status:
◾For Review – application is ready for processing.

◾New – application is incomplete and requires additional information or requirements.
