Escuyos Ranked 5th Best C/MLGOO for the Month of April

Demonstrating dedication and commitment to excellence in public service, Escuyos earned recognition as the 5th Best C/MLGOO for the Month of April. The recognition was announced on May 20, 2026, during the Provincial Team Conference conducted via Google Meet, where Cluster Head Reina Zinnia L. Bardillion identified and acknowledged the Best C/MLGOOs for the month.

This recognition reflects the collective efforts and commitment of stakeholders who continuously support program implementation and timely compliance. As part of strengthening coordination with partner agencies, DSWD VIII KALAHI-CIDSS conducted a courtesy visit to MLGOO Escuyos on May 13, 2026.

Area Coordinator Rey Francis Gabut along with his team shared meaningful discussion with MLGOO Escuyos. The courtesy visit aimed to strengthen the partnership between the DSWD and partner agencies to ensure the effective implementation of programs and other community-driven development initiatives in the province.

This achievement is made possible through the prompt and consistent submission of reports from the Punong Barangays, Barangay Secretaries, and Local Functionaries, whose diligence ensures timely and accurate compliance. Equally vital is the steadfast support of the LCE, Mayor Femilyn N. Sobrevilla, MD, Vice Mayor Joel G. Avila, and the Liga ng mga Barangay led by Hon. Fiel Culpa, whose shared commitment to good governance fosters an environment where programs are effectively carried out.

This remarkable achievement reflects the collective commitment of its member Local Government Units toward responsive governance, effective program implementation, and sustained collaboration.

Composed of the LGUs of Liloan, San Francisco, Pintuyan, and San Ricardo, Sub-Cluster 3 stands as a model of synergy and purpose-driven leadership. Behind this success are the dedicated Municipal Local Government Operations Officers: LGOO VI Eduardo Gerbolingo of Liloan, LGOO VI Maria Imelda A. Orilla of San Francisco, LGOO VI Maricel M. Solemne of Pintuyan, and LGOO VI Blossom T. Escuyos of San Ricardo—each playing a vital role in driving performance, ensuring compliance, and strengthening local governance systems.
