Celebrating Love and Unity: Civil Mass Wedding 2026 ✨

Reliving every beautiful moment from our recent Civil Mass Wedding held on July 17 at the SRCS Gym! 💍

From the solemnization rites and heartfelt declaration of the newlyweds, to the joyous cutting of the wedding cake, toasting of w**e, fun photo opportunities, and the shared joy of a festive dinner—every part of the day was filled with love, hope, and gratitude.

We thank Mayor Doc Femilyn S. Domingo, our officiating official, together with SB Members, Department Heads, employees, families, and guests for making this event truly memorable. Seeing the happy smiles of the couples and their loved ones is our greatest joy! ❤️

💍SUCCESSFUL CIVIL MASS WEDDING IN SAN RICARDO ||

What a truly memorable evening! Last July 17, the SRCS Gym came alive with love and celebration as our Civil Mass Wedding was successfully held. The ceremony was officiated by our dedicated Mayor, Dr. Femilyn S. Domingo, alongside the supportive Sangguniang Bayan Members, Department Heads, and Municipal Employees who lent their support to make the occasion truly memorable.

Nothing compares to the overflowing joy and radiant smiles seen on the faces of the newlywed couples as well as their proud parents and relatives who witnessed this special milestone that filled with hope, unity, and new beginnings.

May these unions be filled with endless love, mutual respect and be blessed with a lifetime of happiness, peace, and togetherness. Congratulations to everyone! ❤️

Claiming schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Please bring:

SECOND APCAS TRANSACTION||
under RA10172

Last June 4, 2026, we processed our first application for correction of gender under RA10172 via Administrative Petition for Correction Automated System (APCAS), a digital platform introduced by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) to streamline and modernize the correction of entries in civil registry documents through this system, it can now be processed at a lower cost without the need for lengthy court proceedings.

We remain commited to deliver, accessible, fast and dignified civil registration services.
