LINGGO NG KABATAAN 2026 | BARANGAY DALE

Under the theme “Different Contexts, Common Aspirations,” the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Dale brings three days of unity, learning, fun, sports, service, and youth empowerment!

🕯️ DAY 1: Unity Circle & Candle Lighting
🏃 DAY 2: Color Fun Run • Team Building • Youth Forum • Laro ng Lahi • Mini Olympics (Badminton & Volleyball) • Mr. & Ms. LNK 2026
🌱 DAY 3: Community Clean-Up Drive • Commitment Wall • Culminating Day

For Mini Olympics: Open to participants aged 10–18 years old only. Participants must observe fair play, sportsmanship, safety, and the rules na ni'set ng organizer.

Already pre-identified ang participants, but those who are still willing to join may register/coordinate with the SK or mag message sa page na ito, but subject to available slots and applicable activity requirements.

Youth Leadership Summit 2026

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Dale proudly took part in the Youth Leadership Summit 2026, carrying the inspiring theme, "TANGLAW: San Roque Youth, Shining from the Inside Out," held on July 16–18, 2026 at Lina Lubos Beach Resort, Brgy. Lao-angan, San Roque, Northern Samar.

The summit officially commenced with the Opening Remarks of PPSK San Roque President Reymond J. Bere, who warmly welcomed the delegates and encouraged every young leader to maximize the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow. He emphasized the importance of youth participation in nation-building and challenged everyone to become leaders who inspire positive change in their respective communities.

This was followed by an inspiring message from Ms. Kirsten P. Tobes, RSW of the Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO), who highlighted the importance of youth empowerment, active citizenship, and meaningful engagement in community development. She reminded the participants that true leadership begins with self-awareness, compassion, and a genuine commitment to serve others.

The opening program was further graced by the heartfelt message of Hon. Maria Ana G. Abalon, MD, MPH, Municipal Mayor of San Roque, who expressed her unwavering support for the youth and encouraged every delegate to embrace leadership with integrity, resilience, and humility. She emphasized that today's empowered youth are tomorrow's leaders, whose actions and decisions will shape a brighter future for the municipality.

Representing Barangay Dale were five dedicated youth delegates:

🌟 Rhea Jane L. Galit
🌟 Jayleen Nathalie F. Mirasol
🌟 Marlyn A. Lagrimas

They were accompanied by SK Chairperson Hon. Christian M. Emaas, reaffirming the commitment of the SK Council to continuously invest in programs that nurture leadership, character, and active youth participation.

As the summit concluded, the delegates embarked on a meaningful journey of learning, empowerment, and fellowship—ready to embody the true essence of TANGLAW by becoming young leaders who shine from the inside out and create lasting impact in their communities.

Leadership begins by igniting the light within ourselves so that we may inspire others to shine as well.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: Barangay Presidential Scholarship 2026

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Dale wishes to clarify that the Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Presidential Scholarship 2026 is NOT an SK-administered program.

Please be informed that the SK Dale has no participation or authority in the application process, screening, selection, approval, or release of scholarship grants under this program. Accordingly, the SK does not receive, endorse, or process scholarship applications.

Should the program be officially implemented in our barangay, the identification and selection of qualified beneficiaries will be handled exclusively by the Office of the Punong Barangay in coordination with the authorized national government agencies, following the official guidelines and procedures.

For accurate information or inquiries regarding the Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Presidential Scholarship 2026, please visit the Office of the Punong Barangay or the Barangay Secretary.

ANNOUNCEMENT | Project RISE Educational Assistance (2nd Batch)

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Dale is now accepting the submission of requirements for non-graduating SHS and College students under Project RISE: Reinforcing Inclusive Support for Education.

📌Requirements

For SHS & College Students:

✅ 2 photocopies of Report of Grades (1st Semester, SY 2025–2026)
✅ 2 photocopies of Updated University/School ID or Any Valid ID
✅ 1 original & 1 photocopy of Barangay Indigency

For College Students only (additional requirement):

✅ 2 photocopies of Authenticated Certificate of Registration (COR) – 2nd Semester SY 2025-2026

For Currently Enrolled Grade 11 Students (SY 2026–2027):

✅ 2 photocopies of Grade 10 Report Card (SF9) (Front & Back)
✅ 2 photocopies of School ID/Any Valid ID with 3 signatures
✅ 1 original & 1 photocopy of Barangay Indigency

Only 43 slots are available! First come, first served basis.

🗓 Deadline: July 19, 2026
