APRIL 21, 2025 - ONWARDS.

๐Ÿ“ Walk in anytime from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ( except holiday) at our campus to register and take the first step toward your college journey.

2x2 picture (2 pcs)
School card ( If available)
Good moral certification
Photocopy of PSA birth certificate
Certificate of Honorable Dismissal (Transferee)
Transcript of Records( Transferee)
Marriage Contract (if married)
