The Civil Service Commission (CSC) will implement a Compressed Workweek Arrangement in its Central, Regional, and Field Offices to conserve energy and reduce operational costs while ensuring continuous public service.

Starting 16 March, CSC offices will be open Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

We remain committed to serve the public with Puso, Dangal, at Galing.

PUBLIC ADVISORY!

In anticipation of increased holiday mobility across Metro Manila and surrounding regions, and to support energy conservation efforts while providing personnel with ample time for holiday preparations, the CSC Regional Office No. 4 and its Field Offices shall implement a Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) on December 22–23 and December 26, 2025. A skeletal workforce shall be maintained during these dates, and physical offices shall be open only to accept and receive incoming documents and requests.

Additionally, in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 111 issued by the Office of the President, government work is suspended on December 29, 2025 and January 2, 2026. These measures are intended to provide government employees with sufficient time for holiday travel and to celebrate the New Year with their families.
