Day 2 of the Laguna Youth Congress 2026, we’re inviting all Youth Organizations (YOs), Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials, Laguna Youth Development Council (LYDC) members, members of the Association of Youth Development Officers of Laguna (AYDOL), stakeholders, and partner agencies for a day of connection, collaboration, inspiration, and celebration of meaningful youth participation! 🤝

This is more than just an event—it is an opportunity to connect with fellow youth advocates, build meaningful partnerships, explore new opportunities, exchange ideas, and strengthen our collective efforts for the youth of Laguna.

Different communities may have different experiences and contexts, but we share one common aspiration: a more empowered, engaged, and inclusive youth sector.

“𝑫𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒔, 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒐𝒏 𝑨𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔”

Bilang pakikiisa at pakikibahagi sa pagdiriwang ng International Youth Day 2026, ang Laguna Youth Congress (LYC) 2026 ay gaganapin ngayong taon para sa kabataang Lagunense na layuning pagsama-samahin ang mga lider kabataan mula sa iba’t ibang organisasyon ng mga kabataan ng Laguna!

Nakaangkla sa Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP) at sa 10 Centers of Youth Participation, ang LYC ay magsisilbing plataporma para sa mga kabataan upang maibahagi ang kanilang mga pananaw, opinyon, at komento na tungkol sa mga isyung panlipunan na kinakaharap ng mga kabataan. Ito rin ang paraan upang makabuo ng kongkretong polisiya at mga posibleng rekomendasyon na maaaring makatulong sa kanilang mga komunidad.

Sa pamamagitan ng committee discussions, resolution writing, at parliamentary proceedings, magkakaroon ng pagkakataon ang mga lider kabataan na marinig ang kanilang boses, makilahok sa policy discussions, at tumulong sa paghubog ng mga posibleng solusyong tutugon sa tunay na pangangailangan ng kabataan ng Laguna

Nakipag-ugnayan ang Youth Development Affairs Office (YDA) Laguna sa Department of the Interior and Local Government DILG Laguna, kasama si Provincial Director Jay Beltran; at National Youth Commission NYC CALABARZON, kasama sina Mr. Amerson Aguinaldo at Mr. Mark Talajuron, bilang bahagi ng paghahanda para sa nalalapit na 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

Isinagawa ang coordination meeting upang pagtibayin ang ugnayan, koordinasyon, at pagtutulungan ng mga katuwang na organisasyon tungo sa matagumpay, makabuluhan, at inklusibong pagtitipon para sa kabataan ng Laguna.

Bahagi rin ito ng sama-samang paghahanda para sa 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔—isang selebrasyong nagbibigay-halaga sa aktibong partisipasyon, potensyal, at ambag ng kabataan sa pagpapaunlad ng ating lalawigan.

Noong Agosto 29–30, 2026, matagumpay na isinagawa ang Tanglaw Laguna: Kabataan, Pag-asa ng Bayan – Programa sa Paghubog ng mga Naghahangad na Lider ng SK sa Athlete’s Village, Laguna Sports Complex, Santa Cruz, Laguna.

Ang programa ay pinangunahan ng KASAPI Coalition at Youth For Sustainable Change – Nagcarlan (Y4SC Nagcarlan) kasama ang tanggapan ni Bokal Bernadeth Olivares at sa pakikipagtulungan ng Youth Development Affairs Office (YDA) Laguna, bilang bahagi ng sama-samang pagsisikap na ihanda ang kabataan para sa makabuluhang pamumuno at paglilingkod.

Sa pamamagitan ng programa, nabigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga kabataang may hangaring maglingkod na mapalalim ang kanilang kaalaman, malinang ang kanilang kakayahan, at higit na maunawaan ang tunay na diwa ng pamumuno at paglilingkod sa kapwa at bayan.

Espesyal na pasasalamat sa Office ni BM Bernadeth Olivares sa walang sawang suporta, malasakit, at pagtitiwala sa kakayahan ng kabataan. Malaki ang naging bahagi ng inyong tanggapan upang maging posible at matagumpay ang makabuluhang programang ito. Maraming Salamat po sa walang sawang suporta!
