Under the leadership of PARPO II Rommel Q. Bote, the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office Laguna held its Performance Review and Planning Session.

The session focused on the resolution of pending ALI cases and the reissuance of ODCT to expedite the parcelization process under Project SPLIT. During the activity, each sector presented their accomplishment reports, followed by the creation of a strategic action plan to ensure all mandated targets for this quarter are successfully met.

The activity was attended by DAR officials and personnel, including the Legal Division, Division Heads, and M&E staff. The program opened with messages from PARPO II Rommel Q. Bote, and concluded with closing remarks from PARPO I Marissa Arlene B. Baccay.

Guided by the leadership of PARPO II Rommel Q. Bote, the Provincial Beneficiaries Development Division (PBDD), led by CARPO Mr. Edgardo T. Bello proudly reached a meaningful milestone through the successful presentation of the Inclusive Partnership for Resilient Agrarian Reform Communities (IPARC) Project before the Provincial Development Council of Laguna.

More than a development initiative, the IPARC Project represents a continuing commitment to uplift the lives of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) and strengthen rural communities across the province. As the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project approaches its completion in 2027, IPARC is envisioned to sustain and expand its gains by bridging development gaps and connecting ARBs to essential support services, opportunities, and partnerships that foster long-term agricultural productivity and inclusive rural development.

Prior to its endorsement before the Provincial Development Council, the PBDD effectively secured five (5) Municipal Development Council Resolutions, a critical step expressing favorable approval and support for the implementation of the project at the municipal level.

DARPO Laguna takes pride in the encouraging progress of the IPARC Project and in the proposed interventions for the eight (8) Community Cluster Farms strategically located across the province. These initiatives symbolize not only infrastructure and enterprise development, but also renewed hope for farming families and communities striving for a more secure and dignified future. (h.m)

Today, May 6, 2026, the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office (DARPO) Laguna marked a significant advancement in its workforce as four personnel officially took their oath of office. The ceremony was presided over by DARRO-IVA CALABARZON Regional Director Cupido Gerry D. Asuncion at the DAR Region IV-A Office. The proceedings were witnessed by PARPO II Rommel Q. Bote and CAO Myra A. Cagungun, underlining the provincial leadership's support for the career progression and integration of its dedicated staff.

The ceremony highlighted the promotion of 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝘽. 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙗𝙤 to the position of 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧 𝙄𝙄𝙄 (𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙧 𝙄𝙄), recognizing her dedicated service and professional growth. Under the leadership of PARPO II Rommel Q. Bote and the supervision of CAO Myra A. Cagungun, the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office (DARPO) Laguna conducted its initial meeting for the Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART). This preparatory session is in observance of the National Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month this May 2026, pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 818, s. 2025. In accordance with Republic Act No. 11032, otherwise known as the "Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018," and ARTA Memorandum Circular No. 2026-002, the department joins the nationwide celebration under the theme: "Achieving Results Through Transparency and Accountability (ARTA): Towards a More Productive Bagong Pilipinas."

The meeting focused on the strategic planning of key activities and schedules designed to drive continuous improvement and bolster public trust in government processes. All DARPO Laguna employees are enjoined to participate actively in these programs, ensuring that the mandate of transparency and efficiency is upheld to better serve the agrarian reform beneficiaries and the general public.

𝗗𝗔𝗥 𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗨𝗡𝗔 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 𝗣𝗡𝗣-𝗦𝗔𝗙 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗕𝗜𝗦𝗬𝗢 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗡 | May 5, 2026

Under the leadership of PARPO Il Rommel Q. Bote, DAR Laguna, together with its sectoral heads joined other government agencies in the Serbisyo Caravan One-Stop Shop held at Fort Sto. Domingo, Sta. Rosa, Laguna through the initiative of the Philippine National Police - Special Action Force (PNP-SAF) under the guidance of Acting Director, PBGEN Paul Kenneth Lucas.

DAR showcased its sectoral services, ranging from legal assistance to the proud products of our ARBOs and the distribution of leaflets for information dissemination for DAR programs. These services addressed inquiries and concerns from PNP-SAF personnel and their dependents, promoting a more people-centered, ARBO-supportive, and inclusive agrarian reform program.

Ang bahagi ng Eleazar Estate ng Barangay Salasad, Magdalena Laguna, na may kabuoang sukat na 1.7389 ektarya ay nasakop ng Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) sa pamamagitan ng Voluntary Offer to Sell (VOS) scheme.

Sa paninindigan ng ating ARBs, ay napaboran ang kanilang petisyon sa “Notice of Order” ng 2016. Matapos ang ilang taon na paghihintay, nagkaroon na ng Certificate of finality noong Pebrero 2025 para sa desisyon ng nasabing kaso. Naganap ang verification ng mga generated CLOAs upang maging maayos ang pagpapasa nito sa Registry of Deeds.

Sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni PARPO II Rommel Q. Bote, LTI Unit Head, Elvira A.Brul at sa pakikipag-ugnayan ni ARPO II, Analy F. Cutay ay naibahagi ang Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) sa apat na ARBs. Nagtapos ang programa sa paglalahad ng mensahe ng apat na ARBs at pagpapahayag ng kanilang taos-pusong pasasalamat sa serbisyo ng DARPO Laguna.

The Provincial Agrarian Reform Coordinating Committee (PARCCOM) convened its regular meeting for the second quarter under the guidance and support of PARPO II Rommel Q. Bote and CAO Myra A. Cagungun.

The session opened with a message from PARPO II Bote, followed by the formal introduction of the newly assigned PARPO I Baccay to the committee members, presented by CAO Cagungun. PARPO I Baccay expressed her commitment to actively participate in future PARCCOM meetings, underscoring her dedication to fostering more effective coordination and connected service delivery from DARPO Laguna.

Following the introduction, the committee immediately proceeded with the deliberation of its regular meeting agenda.

Ang mga Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations (ARBOs) ay may mahalagang papel sa pagpapalakas ng kaunlaran sa kanayunan at sa pagpapabuti ng kalagayang pang-ekonomiya ng mga magsasaka. Gayunpaman, marami pa ring ARBOs ang humaharap sa hamon ng marketing, pagpasok sa merkado, at pagpapanatili ng matatag na kalidad at kakayahang makipagsabayan ng kanilang mga produkto. Ang limitadong ugnayan sa mga mamimili at ang patuloy na pag-asa sa mga middleman ay kadalasang nagreresulta sa mas mababang kita para sa mga kasaping magsasaka.

Bilang tugon, ang DAR Laguna, sa pamamahala ni PARPO II Rommel Q. Bote at CAO Myra A. Cagungun, ay nagsagawa ng Marketing Forum sa pangunguna ni PBD Division Head, CARPO Edgardo T. Bello. Layunin nitong ipakilala ang mga produkto ng ARBOs bilang suporta sa mga inisyatibo ng Kagawaran ng Repormang Agraryo, at magsilbing plataporma kung saan maipapakita ng mga ARBO ang kanilang mga produkto, makakonekta sa mga potensyal na mamimili, at mapalakas ang kanilang kakayahan sa marketing.

Kasama rin sa forum ang pakikipag-ugnayan sa Philippine National Police Training Institute (PNPTI) sa pamumuno ni PCol Marvin A. Fontalva, upang higit na maitaguyod ang kolaborasyon at hikayatin ang napapanatiling pag-unlad ng agribusiness.
