The Municipal Mayor’s Office- Environment and Natural Resources Management Division (ENRMD) headed by Senior EMS Mr. Alan B. Angub conducted a Coastal Clean-Up today October 28, 2022 along Bacutan Beach - Turtle Hatchery Area of Brgy. Astorga, Sta. Cruz.

This is in relation to the Memorandum Order issued by the DILG in observance to the Annual International Clean-Up (ICC) 2022.

The ENRMD Coastal Management Section Head Mrs. Narieta Libre and the the Solid Waste Management Section Head Ms. Judy Ann Galicia alongside with Edcel Fredge Laniba and the rest of the proactive ENRMD Personnel together with the GKK San Pedro Youth, Astorga Baybay Youth Society (ABYS)? and Astorga Mountaineering & Ecological Conservation Club ( AMECC) volunteers successfully participated the activity.

Waste Analysis and Characterization Study ( WACS) has been observed subsequently.
