Adding to this remarkable achievement, 𝐉𝐎𝟏 𝐑𝐞𝐱 𝐂 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐨 was honored as the 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 – 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞 𝐂, a testament to his dedication, outstanding performance, and commitment to fostering strong partnerships between the jail and the community.

The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP)-MIMAROPA reaffirmed its support for the government's digital transformation initiatives by participating in the Department of Information and Communications Technology's (DICT) Digital Bayanihan Caravan held at the Governor's Hall of the Marinduque Provincial Capitol on Friday.

Representing BJMP-MIMAROPA was Jail Senior Inspector Mark Joseph P Fajardo, acting chief of the Regional Information and Communications Technology Management Division, under the leadership of Regional Director Jail Senior Superintendent Deogracias F. De Castillo.

The caravan showcased government initiatives aimed at strengthening digital connectivity, enhancing digital literacy, and promoting inclusive development across the region.

The activity also seeks to expand access to government information and communications technology (ICT) programs and services, particularly for grassroots communities.

The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP)-MIMAROPA reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening media partnerships through a meeting with Radyo Pilipinas Lucena on July 6, 2026, aimed at enhancing public information efforts and increasing public awareness of the bureau's programs, services, and key initiatives.

Representing BJMP-MIMAROPA were Regional Community Relations Service Section Acting Chief JINSP Dynice Angellei Khai D Ingles under the leadership of Regional Director of the Jail Bureau JSSUPT Deogracias F De Castillo.

The engagement underscored the vital role of the media in the timely, accurate, and responsible dissemination of information while advancing public understanding of the bureau's mandate, accomplishments, and community-based programs.

The initiative also support the shared commitment of BJMP-MIMAROPA and Radyo Pilipinas Lucena to transparency, responsible communication, and strengthened collaboration in delivering timely, relevant, and reliable information to the public.

The Santa Cruz District Jail personnel proudly joined the Tree Planting Activity organized by the Santa Cruz Municipal Police Station at Brgy. Jolo, Santa Cruz, Marinduque, in support of environmental conservation and community development.

This meaningful initiative reminds us that every tree planted is a step toward a healthier environment, a stronger community, and a more sustainable future. Through unity, cooperation, and shared responsibility, we can make a lasting impact on the world around us.

Together, we grow not only trees but also hope, resilience, and a legacy of environmental stewardship for generations to come.
