𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐉𝐎𝟒 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐌 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐨 conducted a 𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐬 for the personnel of 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐳 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐉𝐚𝐢l, headed by 𝐒𝐉𝐎𝟐 𝐉𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐒 𝐏𝐞ñ𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐚, Acting Jail Warden, to reinforce discipline, vigilance, and operational readiness among personnel.

She emphasized the importance of maintaining proper uniformity, physical fitness, and professional decorum at all times, as uniformed personnel are entrusted with custodial and public safety responsibilities.

She further reminded all personnel to remain alert, responsive, and mission-focused in the strict implementation of security measures to ensure the safety and welfare of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), personnel, and the community.

The activity reflects the provincial jail administrator's ongoing commitment to strengthening personnel morale and preparedness.

This activity is under the guidance of 𝐉𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐄 𝐌A𝐘𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐎, Regional Director of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, MIMAROPA Region.
