Empowering communities and celebrating our roots!

The Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) of Sta. Elena successfully conducted a meaningful outreach program for our brothers and sisters in the Manide Tribe at Sitio Cambulong, Brgy. Basiad, as part of the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 celebration.

Bringing smiles, support, and hope to the IP community would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our dedicated leaders and partners:

From early morning registration down to the final awarding ceremony, the energy and unity of our youth made this event truly unforgettable.

This victory is shared effort, and we owe immense gratitude to our leaders and partners who made this vision possible:

Isang malaking pagbati at pagsaludo mula sa Local Government Unit sa pamumuno ni Mayor Dina Borja at ng Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) para kay Ms. Marian Joy T. Lusigro!

​Ang iyong opisyal na nominasyon sa Search for Outstanding Youth of Camarines Norte matapos ang tagumpay ng iyong panel interview nitong nakaraang August 19, 2026 sa Daet Heritage Center ay patunay ng iyong husay at dedikasyon.

​Pinatunayan mo na ang kapansanan ay hindi kailanman naging hadlang upang magningning sa larangan ng Arts at maging liwanag ng inspirasyon para sa mga kabataan ng Sta. Elena.

Isang malaking karangalan para sa buong bayan ang iyong mga nakamit at ang patuloy mong pagsuporta sa sining..

Sa pamumuno ng Provincial Youth and Sports Development Office (PYSDO) para sa pagdiriwang ng Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, kinikilala ng Gawad Bintao ang natatanging pamumuno at serbisyo sa pamamagitan ng dalawang pangunahing bahagi:

​Component A (Project Pitching): Paglalahad ng mga makabago at epektibong proyekto para sa pag-unlad ng komunidad.

​Component B (Search for Outstanding Youth of Camarines Norte): Pagbibigay-parangal sa mga indibidwal at samahang nag-iwan ng mahalagang ambag sa buong lalawigan.
