Making of Resolution of Consent, Memorandun of Agreement(MOA) Negotiation & Finalization as part of the Free and Prior Informed Consent(FPIC) organized by the National Commission on Indigenous People(NCIP) for Maland's Resort as an essential requirement for securing Environment Compliance Certificate(ECC) from Environment Management Bureau & the Department of Environmenet & Natural Resources(DENR).

This was facilitated by NCIP legal personnel & officers attended by different IPMRs of Barangays of Santa fe, BLGU Bacneng representative and Bacneng Community itself together with the signatories & the owner spouses of Maland's Resort, Mr. Tito Anders & Mrs. Malou Malou Obra Ortwed ✨
