𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 │ 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

Pursuant to Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 6, s. 2022, as amended by CSC MC No. 1, s. 2025, and in support of the National Energy Conservation Policy under Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 114 dated March 6, 2026, the Municipal Government Unit of Santa Fe, Leyte will implement a Four-Day Compressed Work Week and Energy Conservation Protocols effective March 16, 2026.

New Office Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: CLOSED

The public is advised to schedule their transactions accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Exempted from this schedule are personnel assigned to frontline, emergency, and essential services, including the Municipal Health Office (MHO), Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), and ground personnel such as garbage collectors, maintenance staff, and market personnel, who shall continue to follow their regular work schedules to ensure uninterrupted delivery of public services.

The DTI Regional Office VIII and its six (6) Provincial Offices will temporarily observe a compressed work week schedule to support energy efficiency and conservation under Government Energy Management Program (GEMP) and Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President:

7:00AM – 6:00PM, Monday to Thursday

The offices will keep a skeletal workforce every Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, to serve essential client transactions.

This arrangement is temporary and subject to weekly review. Further advisories will be issued as necessary.
