SOIL HEALTH ADVOCACY OF CONGRESSMAN ADOLPH EDWARD G. PLAZA for the province of AGUSAN DEL SUR may now become a NATION-WIDE SOIL HEALTH ADVOCACY, as no less than the SECRETARY of the DEPARTMENT of AGRICULTURE, Hon. KIKO TIU LAUREL, DOST-PCAARD Director EBORA, and BUREAU of AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH director Dr. SORIANO attending THE SOIL SCIENCE LEARNING TRIP to GRIFFITH UNIVERSITY in BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA. The Agusan del Sur delegation is composed of the MAYORS, CONGRESSMEN, GOVERNOR and VICE GOVERNOR.

SOIL HEALTH IS THE WEALTH OF ANY NATION. The only way to determine the HEALTH of the SOIL is through the SOIL LABORATORY.
