KALAHI-CIDSS conducts a sustainability evaluation process and community Profiling for PANAHON NG PAG-KILOS (PCRP) at Brgy. CAUTOD and Brgy. LAMBAO to ensure community-driven development projects continue to serve their intended purposes and a new initiative focusing on climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, and socioeconomic resilience. It empowers communities to identify and implement risk-resilient infrastructure and livelihood projects.

This evaluation is a standard procedure, typically carried out six months and one year after project implementation, to ensure that the projects are properly maintained and utilized by the community.
