Moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are being experienced in

(CityOfTagum, Asuncion, NewCorella), (Baganga, Caraga and Cateel) which may persist within 1-2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides.

A meaningful milestone has been reached as the official candidates of Mutya ng Sta. Maria 2026 and Miss Pride Sta. Maria 2026 were formally presented and sashayed during the Sashing Ceremony held this afternoon at RedBox Express.

The event was graced by the presence of the respective barangay officials who proudly showed their support for their candidates as they embark on this inspiring journey toward the crown. More than a symbol of competition, the sash represents commitment, purpose, confidence, and pride in representing their barangays and communities.

As the candidates take this significant step forward, we celebrate not only their beauty, individuality, and potential but also the values of empowerment, inclusivity, unity, and community spirit that these pageants uphold.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all the candidates, barangay officials, organizers, partners, and supporters who contributed to the success of this memorable event.

Today marked the successful Candidates' Orientation for the aspiring titleholders of Mutya ng Sta. Maria 2026 and Miss Pride 2026. The orientation served as an opportunity for the candidates to become acquainted with the pageant guidelines, schedules, expectations, and the meaningful purpose behind this year's search.

As they embark on this exciting journey, may they continue to embody confidence, grace, authenticity, and pride while representing their respective barangays and communities.

We extend our gratitude to all the candidates, organizers, and LGU staff who contributed to the success of today's orientation. Stay tuned as we witness these remarkable individuals shine in the upcoming activities and events.

As part of the celebration of the 58th Araw ng Sta. Maria, the Municipality proudly announces the Search for the next Gabi ng Parangal | Mayor Dinko Exemplary Awards 2026, a special recognition program honoring individuals who exemplify excellence in service, leadership, and community impact under the leadership of Mayor Dinko Bautista.

This year’s awards will highlight three categories: Most Outstanding Sta. Marian, Most Outstanding Sta. Marian Youth, and Most Outstanding Public Servant—recognizing those whose dedication and contributions have made a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

All nominees must be endorsed by another individual and may not nominate themselves. Requirements include a 500–1000 word narrative of achievements and impact and an endorsement letter from a community leader, organization head, or agency.

Registration is through the official Google Form, with submission deadline on June 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Due to the overwhelming response and influx of registrations for the 58th Araw ng Sta. Maria Costume Fun Run 2026, we have temporarily paused the registration process to allow our team to verify and clean up the database.

We are currently removing:
✅ Double entries
✅ Multiple registrations under different categories
✅ Incorrect or invalid file attachments
