It is righteous that we heed to our proper acknowledgement, respect, and support for our heroes: for the known heroes who contributed to the liberty of the Filipino people, for the modern-day heroes who persist to lend a helping hand to community building, and for the unsung heroes who build a strong Philippines.

Through cultivating a culture of compassion, promoting civic engagement and active citizenship, and preserving and sharing our shared history, we participate in upholding the value of this day and manifesting authentic volunteerism.

LOOK | BSP โ€“ City of Santa Rosa Council Joins Youth Day Celebration

On August 28, the BSP participated in the Flag Raising and Wreath-Laying Ceremony at the Rizal Park Open-Air Auditorium, organized by the National Youth Commission, alongside various youth organizations and government agencies.

The celebration honors the important role of the Filipino youth in nation-building and community development.

Through Scouting, we continue to empower young people to grow as responsible, active, and service-oriented citizens.

Our heartfelt thanks to Holy Rosary College, City Traffic Management & Enforcement Unit, Red Cross Laguna Chapter and the MABA Road Safety Kiddie Park for Child Development Center with their head and our Council Auditor Mr. Antonio A. Guieb for helping us in making this event a success.

Special thanks to the Eagle Scouts, Training Team, and Institutional Coordinators for always assisting us in making this event possible.

Never ending thanks to our beloved City Mayor and Council Chairperson Honorable Arlene B. Arcillas, to our City Vice Mayor and Council 1st Vice Chairman Honorable Arnold B. Arcillas and to our City Councilor and Council 2nd Vice Chairman Honorable Tecs Batitis for all the love and support.
