As part of the Youth Week 2026 Celebration, the City Government of Santa Rosa, through the City Youth Development Office, invites all qualified and aspiring young leaders to become part of the next generation of public servants through the Junior City Officials Program โ Batch Foxtrot.
This is more than a title.
This is more than a one-week experience.
This is your opportunity to:

โจ Learn from the City's elected officials and department heads.
โจ Develop your leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
โจ Represent the voice of the youth.
โจ Become an inspiration to fellow young Rosenians.

๐ Registration is strictly ON-SITE only. Application forms are available at the Santa Rosa City Youth Development Office, located at the Main Lobby, Santa Rosa Multipurpose Complex.
๐ REQUIREMENTS:
1. Application Form
2. Curriculum Vitae
3. Birth Certificate
4. Photocopy of 1 valid ID (backtoback)
5. Accomplishments
6. Barangay Clearance or Barangay Residency or Certificate of Good Moral Character from Barangay Captain
7. 2x2 or 1x1 id picture (white background and wearing formal attire)
Please place the requirements in a long brown envelope with your name (SURNAME, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE INITIAL)
