𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐌𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄 5 | 𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐎𝐘𝐄𝐄 𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐋-𝐁𝐄𝐈𝐍𝐆

The Schools Division of Santa Rosa City, through the National Employees Union–DepEd Santa Rosa City Chapter, with the support of the City Government of Santa Rosa, successfully conducted the Revitalize Employees on Professional and Personal Fulfillment in Leading towards Work Leverage (REFILL) Module 5 on August 19–21, 2026, at Whiterock Beach Resort, Subic, Zambales.

With the theme “Employee Empowerment: Advancing Well-Being, Leadership, and Organizational Harmony,” the three-day activity provided employees with meaningful opportunities to reflect, reconnect, and strengthen their commitment to personal and professional growth and well-being.

More than just a learning activity, REFILL Module 5 reminded everyone that a healthy and empowered workforce is essential to building a more positive, resilient, and high-performing organization. 💚

A heartfelt thank you to Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas for her continued support and commitment to programs that promote the welfare and well-being of our employees.

Special thanks to our Schools Division Superintendent (SDS), Hereberto Jose Miranda , CESO V, and Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (ASDS), Rod Rodriguez Jr., CESO VI, for their guidance, support, and encouragement in making this meaningful activity possible.
