Through consistent exercise, teamwork, and discipline, personnel strengthen not only their physical capabilities but also their commitment to serving and protecting the community.

The BFP Santa Teresita Fire Station, under the leadership of 𝐒𝐅𝐎4 𝐀𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂. 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲, Officer-in-Charge, conducted a Full PPE with SCBA Donning and Doffing Exercise as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen firefighter competence, enhance operational preparedness, and maintain a high level of response capability.

The exercise focused on the proper, systematic, and efficient donning and doffing of full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA). Through repeated hands-on practice, personnel reinforced the correct procedures necessary to ensure maximum protection and readiness before operating in hazardous and potentially life-threatening environments.

More than equipment familiarization, the drill emphasized the importance of speed, accuracy, coordination, discipline, and composure under pressure. These capabilities are vital during fire suppression, rescue operations, and other emergency situations where timely and effective action can make a critical difference.
