Executive Order no:17....

An Executive Order creating the internal rules and regulations of Chapter IX- Article A of ordinance no: 136,s.2005 of the municipality of santa ilocos sur and giving full authority and power to the barangay government to implement the same and providing incentive thereof....

section 1. rules and regulations. The following shall be strictly complied.

1.Mufflers
installation of loud mufflers.

2.Minors Driving
minors are prohibited to drive motorcycles/tricycles

3.No side mirrors

4,No LTO and or franchise plate numbers

5.Dilapidated and unreadable Plates

6.No Helmet,No Travel Policy

7.Defective Lights

8.Driving under the influence of liquor

Section 2. Law offenders shall be charged seperately depending on the violation or an imprisonment of three days per violation or both at the discreation of the court.

Section 3. To fully implement this ordinance barangays by virtue of this order is given full authority and power to implement this ordinance..
