In Santiago City, every child deserves an equal chance to learn.
Every learner is seen, heard, and valued.
No girl should feel unsafe or left behind.
No boy should be limited by expectations.
Sa Lungsod ng Santiago, naninindigan tayo—
ang edukasyon ay para sa lahat,
walang kinikilingan, walang naiiwan.
Because when we give equal opportunities,
we build not just educated learners—
but a stronger, more inclusive city.
