“𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒐 𝒊𝒔 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉 𝒅𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓.” — 𝑵𝒊𝒏𝒐𝒚 𝑨𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒏𝒐

𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩 21 𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙖 𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮🌟. It is a reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and love for country that defined the life of 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨 “𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐲” 𝐀𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐉𝐫.

On this day, we remember a Filipino who chose to stand for freedom and democracy, believing that the Filipino people deserved a better future.

Ninoy’s legacy is not only found in the history we remember, but also in the values he left behind. His courage reminds us that loving our country means having the strength to stand for what is right, even when the path is difficult. His sacrifice reminds us that freedom comes with a price and that the rights we have today should never be taken for granted.

As we commemorate Ninoy Aquino Day, 𝙢𝙖𝙮 𝙬𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙗𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙩 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙖 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. With heavy hearts, we remember and honor our former Grade 8 Representative 𝐉𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐀. 𝐀𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐨, whose time with us may have been short, but whose presence and service left a meaningful mark on the Salettinian community. 💙

From being a 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝘆 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿, you were someone who had so much life, talent, and dreams ahead of you. It is difficult to accept that your journey was cut short far sooner than anyone expected.

You fought one of the hardest battles, and we saw how strong you were. Through every challenge, you continued to share your voice, your kindness, and your light with the people around you. 🪽

Thank you for every song, every laugh, every act of service, and every moment you shared with us. Your voice may no longer fill the room, but the melody you left in our hearts will never fade. This morning, the opening program of the BLUE Club Seminar 2026 took place at the ULSHS-JHS Covered Court, bringing together passionate student leaders from both JHS and SHS clubs and organizations for a day of learning, collaboration, and meaningful realizations.

One of the highlights of the program was the first seminar of the day, given by Atty. Nikki Jane S. Isla, which provided participants with valuable insights and practical lessons to help strengthen their leadership skills.
