📢 **PRE-EMPLOYMENT SEMINAR & ANTI-SEXUAL HARASSMENT ORIENTATION**
✨ *Preparing Our Students for a Safe, Ethical, and Professional Workplace* ✨

Davao Wi******er Colleges, Inc., through the **Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS)**, successfully conducted a meaningful **Pre-Employment Seminar and Anti-Sexual Harassment Orientation** on August 11, 2026, at the BSP 2, 3rd Floor Building, with our 4th-year college students from the Criminology, BEED, and BSED-English programs.

👮‍♀️ The **Anti-Sexual Harassment Orientation** provided students with important awareness on preventing and addressing sexual harassment, promoting respect, safety, dignity, and professionalism in the workplace. The session was facilitated by PMSG Ma. Corazon R. Arzaga of the PNP Sto. Tomas Station, who shared valuable insights and reminders as the students prepare for their upcoming on-the-job training and professional journey.

💼 This was followed by the **Pre-Employment Seminar on Work Ethics and Workplace Readiness**, facilitated by Rev. Benjie S. Abe, LPT, Dean of Discipline. The discussion highlighted the importance of **integrity, responsibility, discipline, respect, teamwork, punctuality, fairness, confidentiality, initiative, and excellence**—values that every future professional should carry into the workplace.

The students were reminded that being **workplace-ready** goes beyond having knowledge and skills. It also means having the right attitude, practicing ethical behavior, respecting others, taking responsibility, and doing what is right even when no one is watching.
