"I am proud and thankful to see our students thrive in their own strands. They sincerely treasured the skills that they acquired from us," Shirley F. Abkilan, Master Teacher I and senior high school coordinator, says as she gives her opening remarks.
The only TVLs offered by the BNHS are Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM), and Cookery, in which students demonstrate what they have learned from their immersion. The students are committed to giving the customers exceptional, professional, honest, and responsible service.
SMAW strand exhibits their metal-working skills along with their inventive welding designs. They use welding to create their own personal inventions and a flower stand display.
EIM strand presents the installation of Closed-circuit Television (CCTV). Moreover, they also displayed various dwelling designs, such as invited machines and different house designs with electricity installations.
Cookery strand holds a competition where participants must make innovative cakes to demonstrate their baking skills.Additionally, they demonstrate their expertise in wedding design and table skirting.Also, the teacher and students witness the wine mixing of the cookery students.
Indeed, the event was successful, and the parents also witnessed the display, and they are thankful for the school for equipping their students.
