ANNOUNCEMENT

In the interest of the safety and welfare of all learners, teachers, and school personnel, face-to-face classes at all levels in both public and private schools in the Municipality of Santo Tomas are hereby suspended due to the effects of Tropical Storm "MAYMAY."

Residents are advised to remain vigilant, monitor official weather advisories, and take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety.

Please stay updated through the official communication channels of the Municipal Government of Santo Tomas for further announcements regarding the resumption of classes and other important advisories.

PUBLIC ADVISORY

In light of the recent incidents that have occurred within the Municipality of Santo Tomas, and to further strengthen public safety, peace, and order, the Municipal Government of Santo Tomas, Isabela announces the implementation of Executive Order No. 028, Series of 2026.

This Executive Order implements:
• 🕙 Municipality-wide Curfew (10:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• 🚫 Prohibition on wearing of face-concealing headgear (Helmet, Bonnet, and other similar) within the Municipality of Santo Tomas
• 🛑 Prohibition of Unauthorized Selling by Outside Vendors
• 🎡 Immediate Cessation of Carnival (Perya) and other similar Fun Fair Operations

The public is encouraged to comply with these regulations to help maintain peace, order, and public safety in our municipality.
