The Local Government Unit of Santol proudly launches the ITAN kaiLYaNN Response & Relay Center (Phase 1)โ€”a communication and coordination initiative designed to strengthen the municipalityโ€™s capacity for rapid information relay, emergency response, disaster preparedness, and inter-agency coordination.

Through this initiative, we aim to build a more efficient communication network that helps ensure that vital information reaches the right people at the right timeโ€”especially during emergencies and critical situations.

From preparedness to response, ITAN kaiLYaNN embodies our commitment to harnessing technology, strengthening coordination, and putting public safety at the forefront.
