As the ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ (๐๐ฅ๐) continues its digitalization efforts in support of the directive of the incumbent ๐๐ฑ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, the transacting public is encouraged to use the online services offered under ๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฏ๐ถ๐๐๐ผ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐น (๐ฒ๐ฆ๐ฃ) to:

Request for a Certified True Copy (CTC) of their title;
โ
Pay the fees; and
โ
Receive the CTC of their title at the convenience of their home or office.
By using the LRA eSerbisyo Portal, the transacting public shall be able to help LRA in the declogging of its Registries of Deeds and focus on the core registrations services, while they avoid the inconvenience of traveling just to secure a copy of their title.
The following simple steps may be followed for this purpose:
1๏ธโฃ Visit www.eserbisyo.lra.gov.ph;
2๏ธโฃ Click Register to create an account;
3๏ธโฃ Log-in by providing a username and a password;
4๏ธโฃ Submit a Request for Certified True Copy; and
5๏ธโฃ Pay the corresponding fees using the preferred online payment method.
The CTC of the title shall be delivered to the registered Philippine-based address of the requestor.
